846.0. "VISITING "QUEBEC CITY"" by KARHU::PARENT (Eat life or life eats you!!) Tue Jul 26 1994 09:24

    After doing many Dir/title="...

...I thought that I (lost as I always am) would create a Quebec City
    note...in hopes to update all!!

Would people mind telling others what their favorite resturaunt is...

or favorite place to stay... or sight to see...

I know that I for one would appreciate, going to Quebec City and
omitting all of the NOT so attractive places.

    Hope I havn't upset anyone!!

I would recommend staying in the "old" part of Quebec City. The
Chateau Frontenac is very nice but expensive. There is a tourist office
very close to the Chateau. I enjoyed taking a nice walking tour around
    Old Quebec City.

will the Tourist Office book room for one???
I have been in Royal Mountain twice but never Quebec.
I hope to drive up there next year.
What would you consider Quebec City High Season/ Low Season??
    Merci, Phil

Try the small hotel "Le Priori" in the lower city. Really a nice place
and a georgous restaurant next door (same administration) Le Laurie
    Raphael.
