I saw a tourist guide on Isle De Madeline and I'm wondering if it is as nice as it looks. Has any one in this conferance ever been there? If so maybe you could give me some info. I'm thinking of visiting there next summer and would like to know if: A week is too long or too short to spend there? What is there to do? Is the place expensive, cheap or just average in cost? What is the easiest way to get there and back? Whats the climate like in the summer? How do you get around between islands, can you rent a car? Any info appreciated, thanks Mike

If global warming continues, Florida and souther locations will be deserted. Les Iles de la Madeleine have the most beatifull beaches you can find, it is a windsurfer's paradise, the scenery is exceptional. I have spent 2 weeks there a couple of years ago, we rented a house and a car and we had a great time. You can take your car to the island from PEI, or fly over. Jean |
