Hello All,

My sister, Elaine, an enthusiastic 20 year old student of 'computer science' 
at University College, Galway, Ireland is planning to spend Summer '93 (from 
mid-June through to late-September ) in Vancouver.  She will have a student 
work visa and is travelling with friends.

Any ideas on the smartest way for her to search for jobs (Willing to
consider anything but especially interested in computer software/software
related activity..some experience in C, BASIC, typing skills, Lotus, WORD,
etc.) ?   How could she get some relevant addresses ahead of time and apply 
to some companies before she goes ?

Also, any suggestions on searching for budget accomodation for the Summer ?
Appreciate any help you could give me on this.
