If the RRSP tax benefit is still in effect in Canada, I
assume that the various financial institutions will
soon be campaigning for their annual influx of investments.
As a relocated Canadian currently living in the US, I
do have some funds left behind in RRSPs and was wondering
if someone could provide some info on the current rates, etc.
I'd be interesting in the 1-5year terms (re-investments, transfers
and not new deposits).

Hi Russ,
RSSP rates are now at 7.5% for 5 years (changes weekly, if prime
rate goes up, they follow) I got 7.75% between Xmass and new year for
a five year deposit.
