Prospects for a job in Toronto? Relatively low for a city that's
accustomed to low unemployment. But if someone has a degree and
experience, there shouldn't be too much problems finding a job. The
only problem is finding affordable housing

Unemployment rates? Toronto, I think it's around 10%-11%. Canada,
    it's around the upper 11's.

Best universities in Canada. Generally the top ones are likely to be
McGill in Montreal, University of Toronto, UBC, and probably a few more
which others can mention here. For Math and Engineering, University of
Waterloo; for journalism, Carleton U. (Ottawa); for Business
Administration, the other university in Waterloo I forget the name.

I believe for Business Admin, the reply was referring to University of
Western Ontario, which is in London.

| I think they were actually refering to WLU (Wilfred Laurier University,
nee Waterloo Lutheran University) which also has a highly respected
    business program.
