    Watch out for those "freak" weather conditions in Quebec. I drive by 3
    OUI/NON signs on my way home, and I have noticed that the OUI signs
    have been blasted by the "wind". It is a very local event as the NON 
    signs right beside them are untouched. In one case the sign must have
    been blown to OZ, since only the supporting boards were left. ;)

	They must have removed them to paint a red "101" on top of the YES part of the sign. I'll bring them back tomorrow... Mario

	Off the subject but... The Canadian governement is running a "buy Canadian" ad campaing on outdoor billboards at this time, the only hitch is that the billboards they rented belong to an american company. Maybe the "OUI" sings came from the US and Qu�becois being very patriotic took them down in protest :-) Jean
