We'll be traveling to Montreal for 2 or 3 days this summer, then will
head over to PEI. My problem is that we'd like to take the family dog
with us. This is no problem in PEI, as we'll be staying in a private
home, but it does pose a problem in Montreal.
Can anyone recommend a hotel that accepts pets (it's a small dog), or a
decent kennel in or very near the city?

What kind of price and where in Montreal and what kind of hotel ?
(i.e. full service Hilton Style ... Holiday Inn ... HoJos ... or
clean motes style ???)

I prefer the middle price range (e.g., Holiday Inn), but would
pay a more expensive price if it solves the problem.
