| I remember hearing the kind of rumour described in .0 from elsewhere,
but it was in wild speculation as to the kind of things that the
company might want to do given the economic climate and free trade
and the new Ontario budget ... but certainly what I heard was not
serious.

| The rumour I heard is that the renovations to the roof of Phase II are
part of conditions for sale of the building.
