For as long as I can remember the native population around
CFB Ipperwash have been trying to reclaim thier property which was
taken for training purposes during the war.
Several years ago they received financial restitution from
the Canadian government...and now in the news.....the government
is planning on returning a portion of the bases property to the
natives.
Does anyone have any more details on this ???
