Currently I am on an industrial placement in Reading. The project is part of my studies (Industrial Engineer and Management Science) in my University in the Netherlands. When I finish this project I would like to have an Industrial placement in Canada. Any possibilities for such a placement? As far as I know there aren't that many problems to acquire a workpermit because it is a temporary student placement. The limit for these permits are up to a year.

If "Industrial Placement" is what we call "Co-op Student", check with
the Canadian consulate/embassy. I believe an employer in Canada would
have to sponsor you. It's worth a call to personnel here. Maybe a
Torontonian could post a good high level personnel contact at HQ.
