Good evening Canada, greetings from France !
I'll be moving to the Vancouver area this August. I'm keen on hiking
and am in the process of looking at the price of tents over here. It
suddenly struck me that perhaps tents are cheaper in Canada (and it saves
me taking up more luggage space !).
So does anyone know what a good lightweight 2-man tent would approximately
cost in the Vancouver area ? The tent is for reasonably serious
(since when are the Irish serious ? !) hiking puposes so it should be
pretty light (1.5 Kgs max), and be storm proof. Dome shape preferably.
It should also be big enough for the packs as well.
Any information would be gratefully recieved.
