| Well obviously I must be sane, since I have purchased a CD player 8-).
Yes the image of a dog with his ear cocked to the phonograph comes to
mind. The phonograph was so simple it was meant to be understood _and_
enjoyed by a dog, but we humans had to suffer until something designed
for the human ear came to the market.
And where do you suggest we send the deviants who insist in indulging
in vinyl? Sarnia perhaps?
cheers

| Well, as usual, I'm confused.
A dog has better hearing than a human being, so if the sound
quality is good enough for a dog...

...um this note had somehow miss'd its origional mark.
Again I'm faced with the minds of those thinking in unilateral fashion.
The word digital has in fact brought up notions of job security to
those who work for this great company.Using the word DIGITAL was
(as reference is Ienow Noschtz book 'travelling warrior') a method
the Japanese were using for brain control. It started slowly using
terms like Digital watch, digital clock and creeping into every North
American bedroom, the digital alarm clock.Digital was created for
narrow mindedness[sic].Either on or off.In this case it seems the
latter.
Basically it is again the sickness that the white man has brought upon
us. (or is it the yellow man?).
The digital religion, on or off?

re: Woofer
Certainly a dog can hear more, but the comprehension factor
is what is being inferred to I believe.
You know the old saying "Fit for the dogs"

Mr. Nasty,
I really do think that you are one of those slummy, communist
loving vinyl freeks. You are a burden on our society. Please
refrain from filling this wholesome conference with your
devient ideas.
Thank-you and God bless,

| What the hell difference does it make since most, if not all, the music
today has been digitally enhanced, mixed, overlayed, synthesized etc.
I mean... I could just picture all you analog fanatics huddled close
to your over priced speakers listing to "New Kids on The Block" or
Janet Jackson.
ANALOG... Your fooling yourselfs, unable to face reality, the type of
people who play fantasy games like "Dungeons and Dragons" or that other
game ...... ahhhhhh.. "DEC DWEEB" ... ya thats it.

| CDs are one of the world's big rip-offs. When they were introduced
they cost dollars per disc to manufacture. Improved manufacturing
techniques mean the production costs are now cents per disc. But
did prices come down; not on your life. The extra money went into
the profits of the record companies, who know a gullible market
when they find one.

more like bopped, screwed over and re-interpreted by digital engineers
looking to make a new buck out of old music.
Analog...we live analog, see analog why not hear analog.
It's the right thing to do!
