On Saturday, September 23 [rain date: September 24], volunteers in New
Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and the Canadian Maritimes will walk
the shoreline of the Gulf of Maine, picking up and inventorying marine
refuse. Anyone interested in helping with this important work is asked
to call their state coordinator:
New Hampshire -- Julia Steed Mawson, director of the Visitor Center at

[Odiorne is also holding a lunchtime talk and an
afternoon family program.]
