Ottowa? I know it's in May some time.

It's not OTTOWA but OTTAWA. At first I thought it was a typo but
"a" and "o" are at opposite ends of the keyboard.
Sorry I don't know when the Tulip Festival is held?

Typos don't always happen because of keys being close together,
sometimes they happen because your body is in front of the terminal
but your mind is walking along the Canal (looking at the tulips!).
Here's a clue -- the festival is before U.S. Memorial Day (31 May)
because I drove up over the long holiday week-end last year and
they were almost all gone by.
