Hi there Canada!!
Does anyone know where and when the Benson & Hedges International
Fireworks Competition is going to be held? I was told by a friend
that it is this summer either in Montreal or Toronto.

The fireworks were held at the end of June and beginning of July
at Ontario Place in Toronto. I'm not sure who won.

I would like to make a few corrections here...
The original INTERNATIONAL FIREWORKS COMPETITION is held in MONTREAL
at the beginning of the summer.
About 6 to 7 different countries present their fireworks (All musical)
and are evaluated.
There is a listing of the winners:
1st SPAIN
2nd GERMANY
3rd USA
or something like that (Maybe not in this order).
Maybe TORONTO wants all the fame, but MONTREAL has alot to show...

The Benson and Hedges International is the event held in Montreal.
The Benson and Hedges Symphony of Fire, the international fireworks
display, was held between June 25 and July 10. The countries
participating were Canada, Italy, France, and the U.K. Sorry, I don't
know for sure, but I believe that France won.
