    Hi:
    
    	I have a customer that has a 56kb link from the U.S to Ireland 
    and about every two to three months the link comes up with a status of 
    serial 0 up line protocol down on the Ireland side. the line checks out
    with Telco and the way the customer gets it back is to reseat the
    module in the hub. the unit is a DECbrouter 90 T1 running ver 9.14 and
    9.1 firmware. Has anyone had this problem? Any help Would be greatly
    appreciated.

This seems like a signaling problem from the DCE end. Reseating the DECbrouter is probably just reseting the signal states. I'd suspect the DCE device.     I am not aware of any 9.14 specific problems but I do need to see the
