1275.0. "Restart by power-on." by BRADEC::LIPTAKM () Wed Feb 26 1997 04:32

    Dear all!
    
    One our customer has following problem:
    
    They have several sites with DEChub90 and 90's modules including
    DECbrouter 90T2. There are "restarts by power on" occasionaly on some
    DECbrouters. (only brouter not other 90 modules). I swapped power
    supply in DEChub90. Brouter restarts appeared again. When I connected
    brouter on standalone power supply, problems disappeared. There is soft
    version 10.0 (10). Unfortunately customer can't upgrade brouters
    because application which will not work with new versions brouter
    software. ( We've tried it.) 
    There is a message in OPERATOR.LOG

Hi Marian, 

I have not seen the problem your customer is
experiencing here. However I will try and duplicate
it in our LAB. Could you please let me know what slot
the DECbrouter is in in the HUB90 and send the output
of WRITE TERM command and SHOW CONTROLLER. Also please
open an IPMT Case on this problem.
