Hi, A customer uses a DCL-server for the MAIL command. Until now he used the restricted flag on the accounts to prevent the users from spawning. But with OpenVMS V6.0 and above the RESTRICTED flag doesn't prevent the user from spawning anymore. He tried the following: - CAPTIVE flag => The server process doesn't run - PRCLM=0 => Not possible - No TMPMBX priv. => No mail possible to another node Does anyone have other ideas? Daan

The customer tried to run the server under a CAPTIVE account. It works now with the user logging in with a CAPTIVE account and the DYNAMIC USERNAME option for the DCL-server. Daan |
