acms v4.1, openvms v6.2, vax

I have another exc crash.  It looks a lot like the one I spr'ed
for EDS a month or so ago.  I'll post what I have here, and see
how it goes.

FWIW, I have already asked the customer if they will consider upgrading
to 4.2.  They do not want to do this any time soon.

Also, this is a problem that has happened before, but the customer
can't remember just exactly when or how often.  My impression of 
the situation is that this is NOT a hot issue.

The swlup, accounting log entry, sda>show proc/image and
process dump analysis are in the next replies.

If you need a pointer to the eds crash I referenced earlier, I can
provide it.  Most of the details for that one are in a note I posted
earlier in this conference.

Should I spr, or tell the customer that an upgrade to 4.2 is necessary
before we can do anything for them?

Can you give me something to run with on this?  If it needs to be SPR'ed,
I can do it, but I'd rather not.  For one thing, it looks similar to
another issue I just SPR'ed that was closed but not solved, so I
really don't want to take up engineering's time if it's the same.

If our official position is to upgrade to 4.2 before we will investigate,
I can tell the customer that.  I just need to tell her something.
