    If I understand just ACMS 4.1 is compatible with OpenVMS 7.0 VAX only
    Below you can see an extraction of the release notes :
    
                        Operating System:             DIGITAL OpenVMS Alpha
                                                      Version 6.1 or higher,
                                                      excluding Version 7.0
                                                      DIGITAL OpenVMS VAX
                                                      Version 5.5 or higher,
                                                      excluding Version 7.0
    
                        Software Version:             DIGITAL ACMS Version
                                                      4.2 for OpenVMS

    	ACMS V4.1 will work on OpenVMS VAX 7.0 although it is not
    supported (it will also work on V7.1).  It will not work on
    OpenVMS Alpha V7.x because of the privileged images.
    
    	ACMS V4.2 runs on all versions of VAX from V5.5 through V7.1
    and Alpha from V6.1 through V7.1. OpenVMS V7.0 was a development
    environment only and was not intended for production systems. I
    don't believe it is supported version.
