acms 4.0-0, openvms v6.2, alpha
A customer (Pacificare) has reported a crash of the swlup process. They
have provided the following information. They would like to know
why it crashed, and if there is an available fix.

I wanted to talk to you about the SWL process dying on our
ACMS backend machine. They were 4363 events recorded from 11:42
to 12:11. it looks like the SWL process was overloaded. It
crashed with the following:

According to the OpenVMS V7.1 documentation, the current firmware
CD Update release is V3.8 (this is the CDROM version).
The 8400 should have console V4.1 and PALcode 1.19.
They should really coordinate this with the hardware people since
installing firmware updates can cause other problems to occur,
