It does not appear that node SMURF runs TCP/IP.  The system is located at ZKO.

	Actually SMURF does run TCP.  And while they are located in ZKO,
	SMURF is part of the UNIX group who has their own domain than the
	rest of us in ZKO.  SMURF's TCP/IP hostname is:

		smurf.zk3.dec.com
