| I am having trouble accessing the conference Yuppie::SOFTWARE_LICENSING.
For the past few months we have been getting the same error:
Opening conference YUPPIE::SOFTWARE_LICENSING
Remote node is not currently reachable
Have checked NCP and both the local node and ANCHOR have the
same address.
Would really appreciate some help. We at the Customer Support Center
like to monitor this notes file and cannot figure out what has happened
to it.

| I was last able to access this file on April 9 - neither of the contacts listed
for YUPPIE in VTX EASYNET are listed in ELF. Sigh.
I'll see what I can find out.
