    To all New Hampshire FX users:
    
    With the closing of the MKO facility, and with the impending changeover
    to the new CENTREX voice telephone service, the Manchester and Concord
    Foreign Exchange (FX) services have been discontinued. These FX lines
    are no longer cost-justifiable. These FX lines were originally
    installed to allow Digital employees to call their home communities in
    the most cost-effective way, but new tariff offerings allow us to
    complete these calls over other existing circuits at a cost-savings;
    therefore, the FX lines will NOT be replaced.
