    PROBLEM:
    
    Network Access SW V2.0 for DS900TM  BL10C-40 (also on bl10-40)
    
    Local> define port 2 dedicated service sallib port 8041
                                                          ^
    Local -331- Invalid TCP port number
    
    
    Analysis:
    
    lets me use ports 2001-2032, yet on other terminal servers (ds700's for
    example the 8041 works).
    
    
    Network Access SW V1.5 for DS700-16 BL95-33  ROM V3.4-9 
    
    Local> define port 2 dedicated service sallib port 8041
    Local>
    Note: works with v2.0 of NAS too.
    
    Also this works fine on a decserver 90m with v2.0 bl10-40, that is it
    allows the port 8041 port.
