Our client is receiving this error message: "Unable to unlock maildrop."  

They also experience losing groups and users in the DRAS Windows interface 
but these users can still access the server. 

How do you solve these?

    "Unable to unlock maildrop." is not an error message that I recognize. 
    Can you provide more information on the conditions under which this
    error appears?  Is this related to running DRAS Manager?
    
    Losing groups and users in the Manager is not a problem that has been
    reported before, so I don't have an immediate answer on solving the
    problem.  The V1.1 Server and Manager should be available for field
    testing this week, so I suggest the customer try that as soon as it is
    available.
