Hello, Our customer forgot the "set privilege" password of a DS550. I have gone through several DS500/550 manuals without any help. How can I restore to factory default settings which is not password protected. Thanks & Regards, TY Kwok

Try this:
On the system that is the load host for the DECserver 500, do:
$run ds5cfg
!put in the image name
tsc>define server priv password "whatever"
exit out
Reboot the terminal server.
