Hi,
I upgrade a decserver 90TL from 1MB to 4MB, then the decserver boot, all 
leds stay on and not progress in download image.
If i downupgrade the decserver from 4MB to 1MB, the decserver work good.
I try again with the new 4MB sim, but i find the same problem.

Where is the problem ???

    Sounds familiar...  Please refer to notes 2481, 3050 and 725, 
    especially 725.6. There isn't a 4 meg simm orderable anymore 
    for the 90TL. The failing characteristics would be what you 
    are describing if you tried to use the quad cas drams.
