    I have a customer who has some Dec Server 700's with SW V1.3
    and Rom V4.0. Their problem is that they have alot of TCP/IP
    connection being made to these servers and for some reason
    after the connection has been disconnected the memory on the
    server is not being returned back to the server. The customer
    wants to know if there is a fix for this problem and if so
    can he pull it off the WEB or is there any other place he can
    get it.

    If that's BL46-13 V1.3 it's the latest available.
    
    You may want to open an ipmt, 
    
       1- include a dump of the server when it's in this state, set up a 
          dump host, login privileged and crash the box.
    
       2- include their configuration and what they believe is the cause 
          leading up to the situation.
