HI,
   Can I configure VSDs across ATM bridge Tunnel if one of the EA is in the 
MS900 Hub and another EA is with DEC HUB One docking station. I cann't 
assign a tags to the EA module with the docking station. is there anyway 
to span these two vsds.

    Yes you can.
    
    But you don't use tagged trunking across the ATM network.  Configure
    an separate LANE ports for each of the VSD's on each of the EA modules.
    Each of the 2 ports will participate in independent spanning tree
    configurations and the traffic for each VSD will remain separate.
