The site where I'm currently assigned has purchased two BROUTER 90s to interconnect two of their sites. They did not realize that the device did not have an AUI port. They want to know if there is any down side to coneecting the Brouters to their LANs using DECCXM-AA Transceivers to connect the brouter to the LANs through a DELNI. Thanx in advance, Ken Polakowski

Try KALI::DEWBR I don't know what a DECCXM is, but you shouldn't have a problem connecting any 90 module to a DELNI via a short piece of thinwire and a DESTA (thinwire/AUI convertor). | |||||

The deccxm is a piece of equipment that the customer sez functions as a DESTA. I'll also try kali::DEWBR. Thanx, ken |
