| As per the other reply, the RouteAbout Access ES only has 1 WAN
port, so it cannot implement dial backup.
Dial backup is the feature where, for example, the link on port 1
fails, then port 2 dials up a backup link, and is applicable only to
routers with 2 or more ports.

| Right -- sorry I wasn't clear.
On the RouteAbout Access ISDN, you could conceivably use the two B
channels in some sort of backup arrangment, but I don't know if it is
supported.
I guess this conference is as good as any to ask questions about the
relabeled Globetrotters (Access ES and Access ISDN) but you won't find
quite as much knowledge about them, as the software is a buyout as
well.
