No, I have not tested, yet. I do not know RouteAbout can accept or not.

'facility' is proper name of information element in SETUP signal. I don't
know this name is standard or original of Japanese carrier, NTT. By a protocol
handbook, ISDN Q.931 frame format is following.
8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 bit
+----------------------+
Protocol Discriminator 1 octed
+----------------------+
Length Of Call Reference 1 octed
+----------------------+
Call Reference Value 1 or 2 octed

Information Element 2

Message type of SETUP is 0000 0011(8th to 1st bit). And set up signal can
have some information elements. 'facility' means 'invoke and operate
additional service', code is 0001 1100 (8th to 1st bit).
My first write is the message from carrier said. I think SETUP signal contain
'facility' information element.
Cisco's router can not accept it, and can not use this carrier's additional
service. I think RouteAbout would have a advantage in Japanese market area,
if it work with this additional service.
