Clarification needed on usage of these parameters on frame relay using
RouteAbout :
I saw note #336.1 regarding how RouteAbout deals with CIR and BECN.
Q. Are Bc and Be used only with "CIR monitoring" on? Not used when
"Congestion Monitoring" is on?
For example, if CIR is 16k, Bc is 16k and Be is 48K and the line rate is 64K.
Will the RouteAbout only transmit up to 16K? Or will it use the Excess
Burst (Be) of 48K?
