I enable DN IV and OSI with good prefix

    L1 and L2 LSP

I see phase IV node and Phase V node on osi Protocol
But I see only Phase V node with IV comptatible address on dna protocol

As long as the nodes are recognised by the DECnetV/OSI code
there should not be a problem.

This is a feature of the "Ships-in-the-night" approach to
DECnetIV and DECnetV routing in this code base. Basically,
if you are running Link State at L1 and L2, then you should use the
OSI configurator and monitor to manage the box. Unfortunately
you do have to use NCP for some basic configuration tasks, eg
	defining the Executor.
