SY:     Customer is doing a restore and getting the following error.

        Tape Read Error while skipping over Inode.

SO:     This sounds like restore thinks the the inode for the file is
        corrupt.  Possing problems could be:

        Performing multi-user mode backups, corrupt file when written to
        disk.  I explainedwhy they should not do a dump in multi-user
        mode.

        I also mailed a tape with the patch for restore in case it had
        an undocumented fix.  Comet articles mention patching the restore
        command to fix problem.

Customer will call back if it does not fix the problem.

Customer received the tapes.  She had questions on installing the patch.
I told her where she needed to place the new restore files.
