Please tell me about following.

Q1: if not configuration IP address set to t_bind() then t_errno is
    TBADADDR.

    Is this right?

Q2: if Q1 is no then Please tell me what's value set to t_errno .

Q3: req's IP and  ret's IP are different.
    Is this case happen.

Q4: if Q3 is yes then how is a case.

Q5:if req's IP address is shutdown (by ifconfig) then how is t_bind'behavior.
