    Osf 4.0b I have a customer that has a application which tries
    to open 2000 ftp connects one right after another.  He gets up 
    to 500 connects. netstat reports fin_wait:connection status, which becomes
    a close_wait.  The system stays in that state till he reboots.
    
    Added a line to sysconfigtab which reads
    socket:
    somaxconn = 32767
    
    No change, does anyone have any idea's?
