Hi,
I want to make a installation tape for customer's application. Does
someone know how to do that? This tape can install a new application
which it can set user security information, modify user password and
add user etc during the installation. Thanks in advance.

You should check out the manual - "Guide to Preparing Product Kits"
part # AA-QYW7B-TE - it has all the information you will need to
do what you want.
