Hi !
A customer here in Sweden bought a product called Pacershare for Digital Unix
last spring from us. Here in Sweden we have always told the customers that
bought products from Pacer (like Pacershare) that they should turn to the
nearest local reseller for support.
The problem is that Pacer is now sold a couple of times and the current owners
NETMANAGE and their resellers don't support Pacer products anymore.
This of course means that my customer feels disappointed in the fact that we
sold a product that they can't get support on.
When I have investigated this problem I have come to the conclusion that
Digital in US supported Pacer themselves (that is they didn't point at the
local reseller that we in Digital Europe has done). My question is now, do
Digital in US still support Pacer products in some way ?
Another question is, what could be a suitable replacement product for
Pacershare ?
