I have a customer has a 3rd party product INNOPAC (library automation system).
This software run on Unix V3.2C. He said that this software got a problem that
its processes were idled for very long time (can up to 10 days) without work.
That vendor (name forgot) said that they had called our Unix support in US and
our support said that there is patch on V3.2C fixed this problem. But that
vendor didn't pass the patch id to my customer. The last patch I seen for V3.2C
is related on 12-17-96 but don't have similar description.
Anyone seen similar symptom before and know the patch id?
