9384.0. "enhanced security ?" by CSC32::I_WALDO () Thu Apr 03 1997 14:38

    Customer is running UNIX 3.2G with enhanced security. They force various
    users to log into their own account and then su to a shared account
    where they do developement work. Periodically the password for the
    shared account must be changed and currently that can only be done from
    a root account. They want any user who has su'ed to the account to be
    able to change the password.

    Is this possible within the context of enhanced security? If so, how?

You have to be root or be logged in as that user in order to
change the password.
