    Digital Unix V4.0B problem with setting the baudrate of the serial line
    from an AlphaStation 200 4/100 to zero (B0) with C function
    cfsetospeed().
    
    Error message: invalid argument.
    
    Any idea ?

B0 is not a supported speed. If the line is a modem line and connected trying
to set the speed B0 will result in the line being disconnected.

Are you sure the clocal flag is off (-clocal)? In order for this to work the
line must be open, clocal off and the 0 baud rate set for the output speed.
