We're running 4.0 for a demo and having problems initializing some Fore
ATM cards. Therefore, we were given some patches however when we load
them we get the following:
This version of patch kit delivered on the patch distribution
requires that BASE SYSTEM (OSFBASE405) be installed first.
Therefore, I went to:

We got the same message when we tried to load this patch.
We're looking for a specific patch: OSF405-0072 but I believe this
needs OSFBASE405?
Is 405 4.0a? We're running 4.0.
