    Hi,
    
    How to solve the connect fail using "telnet" from PC NCSA V2.3.07 to
    DUNIX V4.0 or higher, but it's work fine to DUNIX V3.2C,D,F. And the
    other side, they are success to connect all of Dunix V2.0 ~ V4.0B if
    using the PC NCSA V2.3.05.
    
    Is it bug on DUNIX V4.0(or higher) or PC NCSA V2.3.07?
