    Hi all,
    
    I have a Turbolaser A8220 5/300, with Digital_Unix 3.2d1, and I have
    experienced some system panics.
    I have applied the related patches (OSF360-060), from the patch kit
    dated "February 04, 1997" and replaced the files "isp1020.o" and
    "isp1020.h".
    Now, during the system boot up, the problem described in the note 7746 
    happens randomly.
    The error message is:
    
    cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
    cam_logger: bus 0
    isp_init
    Mailbox operations not functional for common init
    cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
    cam_logger: bus 0
    isp_probe
    Common init failure - Failing probe
    isp0: Not probed
    isp in slot 0 not configured
    
    On GURU:/usr/guest/misc/osf/isp1020/isp1020_v32de1.tar I have found 
    another patch for the file "isp1020.o", that seems to be newer 
    (Revision 1.1.95.3) than the file included in the patch kit (Revision
    1.1.95.2).
    Do I have to use "isp1020.o" from isp1020_v32de1.tar and "isp1020.h"
    from the official patch kit in order to solve my problem?
