    Hello,
    
    I cross posted  this problem on terminal server conference. 
    
We setup slip on decserver 700 and alpha 3500 and digital unix 3.2c.
and tested ftp through slip.
If file size is larger than about 1000 byte, error occured during file coping
but if file size smaller than about 1000 byte, there is no problem.
We setup slip for using teamlink through dial-up line. 


We tested FTP from lot of company but all have same problem.
This problem occured only under slip.

C:\WINDOWS> FTP server
ftp> get filename( file size > 1000 byte)
   error message : rl_recv : blocking call cancelled

ftp> get filename( file size < 1000 byte)
    
    no problem( file copy completed)
