Hi, Customer are installed C2 security on their system but they don't have any X-Terminal and graphic console. How can they configure the system and create a new account ? What are the equivalent commands for "dxaccount" and "XSysadmin" ? Welcome any suggestion. David Lee.

You don't say what version, but for V4.0 and after you can use useradd, usermod, userdel and edauth. I think there are some problems with the useradd command, so you might have to go in and fix up the user entries with edauth after using it. The prpasswd(4) man page describes the fields. You can also use edauth to edit the /etc/auth/system/ttys, default, and devassign files as well. [Posted by WWW Notes gateway] |
