    bindsetup (i just checked it on 3.2c and v4.0b)
    
    when u run bindsetup it asks u if u want to change 
    the hostname.
    
    if you answer no it doesn't change the current hostname but
    changes rc.config to the fully qualified name so on the next reboot
    you get the long hostname.
