9212.0. "dtksh - any patches for 3.2d" by STOSS1::HORVATH () Tue Mar 18 1997 13:18
Hello,
dtksh under 3.2d behaves very poorly. Pipes don't work to mention just
one problem.
My customer is stuck at 3.2d. We were forced to create some real
strange code inorder to use the dtksh to get desired results.
Can someone please identify a patch for 3.2d, if one exists, that will
fix the pipe problem?
Does DU 4.0 have the same problems? Just curious, my customer does not
have this option.
Thanks,

| I doubt you will find any CDE related patches to 3.2<x>. CDE was an
Advanced Developers Kit under 3.2<x> which means it was unsupported
and full of bugs. Official CDE support begins in Unix 4.0.
But, you might try asking in the CDE conference....
